William Dean Evans

William Dean Evans, age 41, of Thomasville, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at his home in Thomasville. Born on May 9, 1982, in Walton, GA, he was the son of the late Ronald Paul Evans, Sr. and Judy Diane Gutierrez.
William had a deep passion for music and a love for poetry. He made "beats" for songs and even wrote songs of his own.
In addition to his parents, Ronald Paul Evans, Sr. and Judy Diane Gutierrez he was preceded in death by his son, Zachariah Amir Evans; his stepmother, Shirley Delaine Evans; his grandparents, Vertie Reed Evans, Buford Dewey Evans, Kathryn Howe, and Forrest Howe; sister, Tiffany Evans; and brother, Christopher Shell.
Left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Siraja Amira Evans; his girlfriend of three years, Crystal Leonard; his sisters, Kimberly Evans Thompson and her husband, Ricky Thompson and Crystal Dawn Rios; sisters, Barbara Walker, and Idona Damaize and her husband, Alexander; brother, Ronald "Paul" Evans, Jr. and his wife, Julie Sheek Evans; a number of aunts and uncles; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of William's Life will be held at 12:00 pm, Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Central Baptist Church in Lexington, NC with Pastor Jeff Perdue. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions on behalf of William's family, may be made to Nicholson Funerals & Cremations, Thomasville Chapel.
