Robert "Bobby" Joe Hiatt, 76, of Lexington, passed away on August 15, 2024. Bobby
was born on August 26, 1947, to Robert Hiatt and Margaret Everhart Hiatt. He lived his
life in Davidson County, attended Tyro Methodist Church. Bobby was known for his
landscaping, auto mechanics, and home repairs abilities. One of his greatest joys was
working on cars. Left to cherish Bobby's memory, his long-time girlfriend, Sedena
Palmer; sister, Amy Hanes; son, Kevin Hiatt & wife Ashley; his daughter, Candice Neary and her husband Jim; grandchildren, Emily Young, Bailey Grace, Cassie, Grace & Stacy; nieces and nephew, Zan Pope & Michael, Christy Pruess, Justin Hanes & Lindsey; great nieces & nephews, Lindsey, Emma, Paxton, Camryn, Gabriel, Addie and Shepherd; his precious dog, Abby. A memorial service will be held at Tyro Methodist Church, 4484 S NC Hwy 150, Lexington NC 27295 on Sunday, August 25, 2024. The family will receive friends and family at 1:00 p.m. with service at 2:00 p.m.
