Linda Kay Hopkins

Linda Kay Hopkins born on April 5th, 1961, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She transitioned from life at her home in the evening on June 6th, 2022. Linda was raised in the home of Lenard and Mary Wright. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed being a caretaker for most of her working career. One of her favorite hobbies was playing cards with her family and enjoying a good laugh after taking their money. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sonya Hopkins, son Jaime Hopkins and another son, Clifton David Hopkins who transitioned with his lovely mother. Linda is survived by her husband James Hopkins of Thomasville, NC and son Cordarious Tree Barnes of Winston-Salem, NC, two stepsons James Anthony Hopkins Jr of Salisbury, NC, Dillion Hopkins of Pittsburgh, P.A, one stepdaughter Kelly Witherspoon of Salisbury, NC and one brother, Marion Smith and one sister Maggie Smith, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
