Larry Wingfield

Larry Wingfield, 79, of Winston-Salem NC, passed peacefully on Sept 19. He is now with his Lord and Savior whom he loved to tell everyone about. Larry was born to Isaac and Jeanette Wingfield in Martinsville VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Jeanette Wingfield and brother Kenneth Wingfield. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lillian Spaugh Wingfield of 61 years. Also sister Evelyn Spillman (Gray) of Thomasville NC, Ason Randy Wingfield of Lexington NC, daughter Pamela Horton of Linwood NC, son Timothy Wingfield (Wendy) of Aiken SC, daughter Kattie Wingfield (Ray) of Linwood NC. He had 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 5 nieces and 1 nephew. He retired with Carolina Steel in Winston-Salem NC after 44 years of service. He was a member of Midway Baptist

Church in Midway NC. There he served in the bus ministry and church maintenance.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
