Larry Wayne Tate, Jr.

Larry Wayne Tate, Jr., age 49, of Thomasville, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2026. Born on October 10, 1977, in Virginia, Larry was the beloved son of the late Larry Wayne Tate, Sr. and Marlene Ball Tate.

Larry received his formal education in Tennessee and was a devoted family man. On July 27, 2023, he married Katherine Billings in Lexington, North Carolina. He cherished spending time with his wife Katherine and his stepson Asher Billings. Larry had a passion for riding Harley motorcycles and treasured the moments shared with his loved ones.

He was deeply loved and known for his loving nature. Larry is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his devoted wife, Katherine Billings Tate, and his stepson, Asher Billings, along with other family and friends who will remember him fondly.

At this time, there are no formal services planned. The family appreciates the support and condolences offered during this difficult time.
