Kristen Amber Lester

Kristen Amber Lester, born on December 21, 1993, in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina, passed away on April 5, 2026, at the age of 32.

Kristen was the beloved daughter of James Ray Lester and the late Paula Jean Cherrone Lester. She received her formal education at Southwestern Randolph High School in Trinity, North Carolina.

Kristen had a passion for life that was evident in her many interests. She found joy in camping, swimming, cooking out, traveling, and most of all, spending cherished moments with her sons.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Paula Jean Cherrone Lester; her grandmother, Dorothy Barnes; and her father-in-law, James Laine.

Kristen is survived by her husband, Lucas Paige Laine, and their two sons, Colby James Laine and Mason Paige Laine. She also leaves behind her father, James Ray Lester; her sister, Jessica Nicole Lester, and her nephew, Alexander Braxton Leckrone; and her brother, Vincent Ray Lester.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held. Kristen will be remembered fondly by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
