Kevin Nelson Martin

Kevin Nelson Martin, age 59, of Lexington, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, at his home. Born on September 13, 1963, in Forsyth County, NC, he was the son of Raymond Nelson Martin and Patricia Elizabeth Mills. He worked in construction, primarily as a plumber. He enjoyed using his skills to help others. His favorite pastime was riding his motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Martin. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Patricia "Trish" or "Sissy" as her dad would call her, Everhart and her husband, Chance; son, Kevin “Bubba” Martin Jr.; father, Raymond Nelson Martin and partner Carol Thomas; mother, Patricia Elizabeth Mills; sister, Angie Hicks and husband, Al; brother, Raymond Martin Jr. and wife, Laura; grandchildren, Patrick Furr and Travis Martin; sister-in-law, Tammy Martin; many nieces and nephews; and his many lifelong friends and beloved canine Draco.
