Judy Carpenter Reed

Judy Carpenter Reed passed peacefully at the Gordon Hospice House on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the age of 76.
Judy is survived by her mother, Martha Bell. Her children: David Barker (Linda) and La-Donna Poplin. Her grandsons: Wesley Poplin and Robert Barker. Her siblings: Ann McDaniel (Terry), Wallace Bell (Linda) and John (Nook) Bell (Karen).
Judy loved spending time with her grandsons, her many dogs and cats, gardening, and the beach. She was always ready to travel.
A funeral is scheduled for 3pm, Tuesday, December 14 at Crestview Baptist Church with the visitation proceeding the funeral from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at the church. Lloyd Jarvis will officiate the ceremony. Memorials can be made to Gordon Hospice House of Statesville.
