Joseph Frank Sawles

Joseph Frank Sawles, born on October 13, 1958, in Norwalk, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at his home in Lexington, North Carolina, on August 7, 2025. He was 66 years old.

Joseph was born to the late Harriet Michaelson and was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Sawles. He received his formal education at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, Connecticut, where he laid the foundation for a life characterized by hard work and dedication.

Joseph devoted many years of his professional life to M&B Automotive, where he worked as a machinist. His expertise and commitment to his craft were evident in everything he did, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike.

Outside of his work, Joseph had a passion for collecting vintage toys and enjoyed spending time working on cars. These hobbies brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with others who shared similar interests.

Though no formal services will be held, those who knew Joseph will remember him as a man of quiet strength and enduring passions. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
