Gregory "Greg" Allen Kempthorne, a cherished father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025, in Guilford County, North Carolina. He was born on September 10, 1961, in Summit County, Ohio, and lived a life full of adventure and service, reaching the age of 63 years.

Greg served his country with honor as a Marine Veteran, a commitment that profoundly shaped his life and values. Following his military service, he dedicated himself to a successful career in sales, working with Volvo Trucks where he was respected for his dedication and expertise.

Greg's love for the outdoors was evident in his hobbies, which included biking, both mountain and road biking, as well as NASCAR, fishing, and woodworking. His passion for these activities brought him joy and serenity, allowing him to connect with nature and those he loved.

He was a proud member of the VA and remained deeply committed to serving his country throughout his life. Greg's sense of duty and loyalty was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Greg is preceded in death by his beloved father, David Kempthorne, and his brother, Billy Kempthorne. He is survived by his loving son, Nicholas Kempthorne; his devoted mother, Sandra Kempthorne; his siblings, Debbie Paladin, Steven Kempthorne, Kenneth Kempthorne, and Bryan Kempthorne; along with numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Though Greg has left this world, his legacy endures through the lives he touched and the memories he created. As per his wishes, no services will be held at this time. In honoring Greg's life, we remember a man of integrity, warmth, and an indomitable spirit who will forever be in our hearts.
