Donnie Lendo Brewer

Donnie Lendo Brewer, a resident of Moore County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the age of 74. He was born on June 20, 1951, in Montgomery County, NC, to the late Laney Lendo Brewer and Jewel Key Brewer.

Donnie received his formal education at North Moore High School in Robbins, NC. Following his graduation, he proudly served his country in the United States Army 82nd Airborne from 1971 to 1973, a testament to his dedication and patriotism.

For many years, Donnie was employed as the owner and driver of a trucking company, where he demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to his profession. His passion for working on cars, fixing things, and riding motorcycles was well known among his family and friends, who often sought his expertise and guidance.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Campbell Brewer, with whom he shared many wonderful years. Donnie is survived by his brother, Dwight Brewer, and sister-in-law Sharon of Biscoe; his son, Brandon Nelson of Eagle Springs; and his stepsons, Jamie Goins of Star, Brant Kelly of Seagrove, and Levi Kelly of Candor. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

To honor the life of Donnie, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donnie's family invites those who knew him to remember and celebrate his life in their own personal ways. May he rest in peace, reunited with those who have gone before him.
