Debra Joy Adkins

Debra Adkins of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on September 8, 2025, after a struggle with declining health. She was 72.

Originally from Coulee City, WA, she was the oldest of five siblings, two younger brothers and two younger sisters. She was married to her soulmate, Jimmie Adkins, for 50 years.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Jimmie Adkins; daughter, Brandi Adkins; the apple of her eye, Savannah Compton; and brother-in-law, Kim Adkins.

She is an organ donor and no services will be held upon her wishes. She will be cremated to remain close to her loved ones.

God has truly gained another angel.
