Clifton David Hopkins

Clifton David Hopkins born on March 25th, 1975, to James and Linda Hopkins in Thomasville NC. He transitioned from this life at his home on the evening of June 6th, 2022. Clifton attended Thomasville City Schools and graduated with the Class of 1993. Clifton loved his family with all his heart and was always willing to assist when he was needed. He was proud to be a Hopkins man and wore his name confidently. Clifton was one of the hardest workers that his family could ever ask for. He loved playing basketball and watching sports, but he was a die hard Jets fan. He preceded in death by his sister, Sonya Hopkins, brother, Jamie Hopkins, and his mother Linda Kay Hopkins who transitioned with him. Clift is survived by his father, James Hopkins of Thomasville, NC and three brothers, Cordarious Tyree Barnes of Winston Salem, N.C, James Anthony Hopkins Jr. of Salisbury, NC, Dillion Hopkins of Pittsburg, P.A and a stepsister, Kelly Witherspoon of Salisbury, NC; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
