Christopher Jose Vasquez, born on April 22, 1998, in Forsyth County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, at the Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point, North Carolina. He was 27 years old.

Christopher was born to Jose Vasquez and Lisa Reed Vasquez. He received his formal education at North Davie Middle School, where he began forming lifelong friendships and developing his keen interest in sports. Christopher was a beloved member of his community and attended Yadkin Valley Baptist Church with his family, where he found solace and strength.

Christopher had a passion for life that was evident in the simple joys he cherished. He enjoyed walking the dogs and playing basketball with his brothers, activities that brought him immense happiness and allowed him to forge strong bonds with those he loved. Above all, Christopher treasured the time spent with his family, especially his dear son, Amir Vasquez, who was the light of his life.

He is survived by his loving mother, Lisa Vasquez, and her partner, Leonardo Ramirez; his cherished son, Amir Vasquez; his sister, Katelyne Reed; and his brothers, Christian Sanabria-Reed and Angel Martinez. Christopher's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

At this time, no formal services are planned. The family appreciates the support and condolences from friends and loved ones during this difficult time. Christopher's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
